Ready or not, here they come...
As we can just about feel see leaves beginning to hint at their fall colors and the earling morning air carries a very subtle crispness, there's another undeniable sign of the season: college students are beginning to flood back to our area in droves. With backpacks slung over shoulders and anticipation in their hearts, these young adults are stepping into a new chapter of their lives.
A great opportunity to make an impact...
As a community, it’s our opportunity and responsibility to intentionally reach out to these students, offering them a warm welcome and spiritual support as they embark on their academic journey this fall. Whether it’s a kind word, a heartfelt prayer, a handwritten note, or even a simple text message—every gesture counts. Consider treating a student to a meal, finding creative ways to encourage them, or extending an invitation to join you at church. Together, these small acts of kindness can make an eternal difference.
