Job Description
The search committee of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church is currently accepting applications for a full-time Children's Ministry Director. The role involves leading volunteers in four key areas, including nursery, children's worship, children's team, and VBS. LABC is looking for a passionate Children's Ministry Director who desires to see children come to know the love of Jesus and share that love with others as they grow into mature followers of Christ.
The ideal candidate will work with parents and volunteers to create a culture of evangelism and discipleship in the Children's ministry. LABC has a dedicated volunteer base committed to the growth of the children's ministry and its programs. The church has a rising population of young families who are actively involved in the life of the church. Therefore, the church is seeking a Ministry Director who can lead the volunteers and minister to children and their families.
